Обязанности:
- Provides general management of Manufacturing department (MD), Maintenance department (MU), Quality department (QD), Logistics department (LD).
- Realization of a production plan of automotive plant, ensuring the quality of products;
- Making solutions on a continuous improvement of all the internal production processes of the plant;
- Ensuring the effective cooperation between the departments and shops of the whole plant;
- Reporting to the Company’s executives;
- Participation in the development and implementation of strategic, operational and technological solutions;
- Coordination and control of production works;
- Assistance to the General Director in all scope of managerial functions.
Требования:
- Higher education (engineering/technical);
- Not less than а 5-year working experience on a /top position in a foreign automotive manufacturing company;
- Fluent English is a must;
- Excellent knowledge of automotive production, equipment, logistics, skilled in overall management for the whole plant during each stage;
- Excellent knowledge of a quality management system, applicable laws;
- Strong leadership and managerial skills;
- Able to take responsibility for own decisions and results;
- Flexible mind, high analytical skills;
- Advanced PC user;
- Able to work in multitasking mode with a large amount of information.
