Hello everyone! I'm starting another topic about modular buildings here because I recently delved deep into this myself and found, what seems to me, an excellent manufacturer. Maybe it will be useful to someone.
Nowadays, modular block containers and site cabins are a far cry from the shabby sheds we had 10 years ago. Technology has moved forward, and now they are fully-fledged, insulated, ready-to-use premises. For our construction site in Moscow and the region, we reviewed a ton of options, and the main pros for me personally are:
Speed. While you're still pouring the foundation for a permanent structure, the modular building will already be standing and operational.
Price. The cost is significantly lower, and considering you can move it to a new site—it's super cost-effective.
Versatility. A cabin for workers, a site office, a medical station, a security post—it assembles like a constructor set, in any configuration and complexity.
