We are fast growing and dynamic company that provides automated scheduling service with the set of tools to organize, automate and design the content across all major social networks. We are currently looking for an ambitious and experienced B2B sales professional to launch our operations in Russia.
Обязанности:
Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed the given annual sales quota established each year for the assigned territory;
  • Actively pursue new business and develop new accounts within the assigned territory;
  • Work closely with prospective customers to develop a plan that will show the desired clinical outcomes and result in revenue generation;
  • Tailor specific product offering and purchasing models to suit customers’ needs and financial abilities;
  • Act as the company’s branch manager;
  • Supervise and lead sales team;
  • Build and maintain customer relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities;
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates;
  • Manage business negotiations with potential and existing partners;
  • Handle business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities as needed;
  • Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in accurate and timely manner;
  • Implement affiliate marketing and training, if needed, activities including email campaigns, newsletters, blog, webinars etc;
  • Screen and approve new partnership applications;
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase revenue targets;
  • Perform new customer acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds and emails;
  • Understand the market dynamics in the assigned geography and target markets, and make recommendations to management about potential adjustments;
  • Maintain adequate sales metrics.
Требования:
Requirements:
  • University diploma from a reputable university;
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, managing affiliate or customer service programs, experience in IT industry is a big advantage;
  • Advanced written and verbal English skills;
  • Strong understanding of ROI-oriented ecommerce marketing and internet advertising models;
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills;
  • Able to multi-task and set/meet aggressive deadlines;
  • Ability to trouble shoot and find creative solutions;
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint.
